NOTES FOR MY CLIENTS

I answer emails on Tuesdays through Thursdays between 10a to 5p. 

For in-studio appointments: Text if you need me within 24 hours of your appointment between 10a-5p.

For brides: Text if you need me within 1 week of your wedding between 10a-5p.

Show up with your hair dry and in its natural state, one day dirty. 

Exfoliate your face and lips 1 day before your appointment.

Cleanse and moisturize your face prior to arrival.

It's okay to bring your own foundation, lipstick and mascara. Please, no Lipsense.

Please. no chewing gum, texting or phone calls during your appointment. This is your self-care time and should be an escape from your normal hustle. It's also distracting for me to have to continually start and stop my service multiple times. And I want you to have a relaxing service!

For in-studio appointments: Please, no children in waiting. 

For brides: Children are ok! But if possible, reduce the activity that happens while I'm giving services to you.

For in-studio appointments: Your appointment will begin right on time, but feel free to arrive 15 mins early to figure out parking in Old Sacramento. If you are 20 mins late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a $35 recheduling fee will be charged to your final total.

For brides at weddings: $50 charge for each half hour you're late.
